If you use the pilot request dialog, we process the data you enter, in particular your name, email address, company name, phone number, and related request metadata such as page URL, referrer, and UTM parameters.

We process this data to handle your request, review your interest in the pilot program, and contact you about the requested business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request is aimed at taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of business enquiries and pilot applications.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and PostHog for website and product analytics. Depending on the configuration in use, these tools may process technical usage data such as IP address, referrer, page views, interaction events, device and browser data, pseudonymous identifiers, and data entered into the pilot request dialog.

Where cookies or similar technologies on your end device are used and are not strictly necessary, the legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 25(1) TDDDG. Where only strictly necessary storage or access is involved, the legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We may disclose personal data to service providers that support the operation of this website, in particular hosting providers, analytics and tag management providers, and technical IT service providers. We use such providers only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes and, where required, on the basis of a data processing agreement.

If personal data is processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, this takes place only on the basis of an adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to the extent required by law.

We store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose, for security and documentation purposes, or to comply with statutory retention obligations. If the purpose no longer applies and no legal retention duty exists, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
