Terms
Last updated: April 6, 2026. These terms govern the use of the public website at 9010.berlin and the submission of pilot requests through the website.
Scope and business customers only
This website and these terms are directed exclusively at business customers and entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB. They are not addressed to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB.
Informational website only
The content made available on this website is provided for general information about 90/10, the product concept, and the pilot program. It does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Pilot requests
Submitting a pilot request, contacting us through the website, or receiving a response from us does not by itself create a contract, a right to admission to the pilot program, or a right to use any software. Any pilot participation or software access requires a separate agreement.
User obligations
You must provide truthful business contact information when using the website or submitting a pilot request. You must not use the website in a way that interferes with its technical operation or infringes the rights of third parties.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, design, branding, and software-related materials, remains protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Any use beyond what is permitted by mandatory law requires our prior consent.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, restrict, or discontinue website content or functions at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory liability, including product liability law.
In cases of slightly negligent breach of a material contractual duty, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Material contractual duties are duties whose fulfilment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance the other party may regularly rely. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
External links
If this website links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for their content. The respective provider or operator of the linked website is solely responsible for that content.
Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, Berlin is the exclusive place of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
